Les conditions generales qui s'appliquent aux cours de padel au sein de Gala Padel Spirit GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Registration Procedure All registrations for lessons, camps or events must be made via the dedicated online form. Payment must be made immediately online at the time of registration. If payment is not completed within 15 minutes, the request will be automatically cancelled. Upon receiving your request, you will receive an email confirmation of your application (not a definitive registration). Our team will then manually verify availability, level, spoken languages, time preferences , coaches (without guarantee) and group formation. Once a suitable group has been found, you will receive a final confirmation email with all necessary details. If no suitable group can be formed, the amount paid will be fully refunded. IMPORTANT ! Following many requests from our students in the past, we offer priority re-registration to students who completed the previous cycle. This aims to improve the quality of follow-up. Each new season starts in September with new registrations to ensure equal opportunities for all players. Between April and September, the long break between cycle makes consistent follow-up impossible, which is why priority is reset at the start of each new season. 2. Individual Registrations and Levels Individual registrations are accepted but have lower priority than group registrations (3 to 4 players). The academy strives to form homogeneous groups, but by registering individually, you accept the risk of joining a slightly mixed-level group. Reorganization may occur at the start or during the cycle if needed. 3. Payment Payment is required at the time of registration. If payment is not made within 15 minutes, the registration will be cancelled automatically. 4. Refund Policy For groups lessons: Cancellation more than 1 month before start: 30% admin fee retained. Cancellation between 30 and 1 day before start: 50% admin fee retained. Cancellation or dropout after the course starts: no refund, even with a medical certificate. Missing one or more sessions: non-refundable, even with a medical certificate. Replacement is possible with a person of the same level, subject to academy approval and payment. Name and surname must be emailed in advance to: galapadelspirit@hotmail.com For camps and events: Cancellation more than 15 days before: 50% admin fee retained. Cancellation less than 15 days before: 30% admin fee retained. Absence during one or more days: non-refundable, even with a medical certificate. Replacement possible with prior approval and payment by the replacement. 5. Replacements Participants may be replaced temporarily or permanently, provided: The replacement has a compatible level. The academy is informed in advance via email. For permanent replacement, the new participant pays the remaining sessions. 6. Weather and Force Majeure In case of unplayable weather (persistent rain, frost, snow), lessons may be cancelled, postponed or rescheduled where possible. We follow the IRM weather codes: Yellow: lessons go ahead or are adapted. Orange: lessons may be cancelled for safety reasons. Red: lessons are automatically cancelled. Force majeure (site closure, pandemics, extreme events) releases the academy from any obligation to refund. Alternatives may be proposed where possible.µ 7. Lesson Organization Schedules, locations and coaches may occasionally change. Teaching materials are provided, but each player is responsible for their own equipment (racket, clothes, shoes). Group reorganization may occur during the cycle if needed. 8. Safety, Insurance and Liability Participants must have civil liability insurance. A sports accident insurance is also recommended. Gala Padel Spirit declines all responsibility in case of injury, loss or theft. Minors must be accompanied to the courts and picked up on time. Parental consent and emergency contact details are required for minors. 9. Communication, Image Rights and Behaviour Photos or videos may be taken during activities for communication purposes.You may object via the registration form. Personal data is processed only for internal use and in accordance with the GDPR. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data via: galapadelspirit@hotmail.com Respectful behaviour toward coaches, fellow players and equipment is expected. Serious or repeated misconduct may result in exclusion without refund. 10. Disputes In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. If this is not possible, only the courts of Brussels will have jurisdiction.
