Les conditions generales qui s'appliquent aux cours de padel au sein de Gala Padel Spirit GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Registration process All registrations for a course, camp or event must be completed exclusively online via the A4TP page. Payment must be made immediately online in order to validate the registration request. Without payment, the registration request cannot be confirmed. After submitting the form and completing the payment, you will receive an acknowledgement confirming receipt of your request. This acknowledgement does not constitute final confirmation of your registration. Our team will then review your registration. The Academy will contact you if any changes or adjustments are required. Once the group is complete, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing all practical information. Due to organisational constraints and the large number of late registrations, this confirmation may occasionally be sent shortly before the start of the lessons. The registration becomes final upon receipt of this confirmation e-mail. To request an update regarding your registration, please contact the Academy: By e-mail: galapadelspirit@hotmail.com Via WhatsApp: 0471 59 18 75 If no suitable group can be formed, the amount paid will be refunded in full. All refunds are processed together at the beginning of the month following the relevant course period. For any refund request, please send your full bank details to: galapadelspirit@hotmail.com IMPORTANT Following the many requests received from our students in previous years, students who attended the previous course cycle are given the opportunity to register again as a priority. This measure is intended to improve the quality and continuity of the coaching provided. Each new season starts again in September with a new registration process in order to give all players the same opportunities. Due to the long break between April and September, it is not possible to guarantee consistent continuity.During this period, priority is therefore only given to group registrations of three or four people. 2. Individual registrations and playing levels Individual registrations are accepted. Priority is given to group registrations of three or four players. The Academy will make every reasonable effort to form groups that are as balanced as possible in terms of playing level. When registering individually for a camp or course cycle, the participant accepts the possibility of joining a group with slightly different playing levels. Groups may be reorganised at the beginning of or during the course cycle if the balance or playing level of the group requires it. 3. Payment Payment is mandatory at the time of registration. Without payment, the registration request cannot be confirmed. 4. Refund policy Course cycles Cancellation more than one month before the starting date: 30% of the amount paid will be retained as an administrative fee. Cancellation between 30 days and one day before the starting date: 50% of the amount paid will be retained as an administrative fee. Cancellation or withdrawal after the start of the course cycle: No refund will be issued. This also applies upon presentation of a medical certificate. Absence from one or more sessions: No refund will be issued. Medical certificates will not be accepted. A replacement player of the same level may be proposed: Subject to the Academy’s prior approval. The replacement player must pay for the remaining sessions. Their contact details must be sent by e-mail to: galapadelspirit@hotmail.com Camps and one-off events : Cancellation more than 15 days before the starting date: 30% of the amount paid will be retained as an administrative fee. Cancellation less than 15 days before the starting date: 50% of the amount paid will be retained as an administrative fee. Absence from one or more days: No refund will be issued. This also applies upon presentation of a medical certificate. A replacement player of the same level may be accepted: Subject to the Academy’s prior approval. Their contact details must be sent by e-mail. The replacement player must pay for the remaining sessions. 5. Replacements An absent participant may be replaced either temporarily or permanently by a person of the same playing level. Any replacement is subject to prior approval by the Academy. A replacement is only valid if: The replacement player’s level is compatible with the group. The replacement player’s first name and surname are communicated in advance by e-mail. In the event of a permanent replacement, the replacement player pays for the remaining sessions. 6. Weather conditions and force majeure In the event of weather conditions making the courts unplayable, lessons may be cancelled or rescheduled where possible. This may include: Persistent rain. Frost. Snow. Any other condition making the courts unsafe or unplayable. The weather warning codes issued by the Royal Meteorological Institute of Belgium are used as a reference: Yellow warning: lessons will take place or be adapted. Orange warning: lessons may be cancelled. Red warning: lessons will automatically be cancelled. In the event of force majeure, no refund will be issued. Force majeure may include: Closure of a site. A pandemic. Exceptional events. Circumstances beyond the Academy’s control. Replacement sessions or rescheduling options may be offered depending on availability and organisational possibilities. 7. Organisation of lessons The Academy reserves the right to change: Lesson times. Locations. Coaches. Training equipment is provided by the Academy. Each player is responsible for their own personal equipment, including: Racket. Appropriate sports clothing. Appropriate footwear. Groups may be reorganised during the course cycle if necessary. A camp or group lesson cannot be cancelled less than 48 hours in advance. In the event of a cancellation less than 48 hours in advance, the lesson or camp session will be considered to have taken place. The Academy will make every reasonable effort to accommodate specific requests concerning: The choice of coach. The preferred schedule. The preferred club. These preferences cannot be guaranteed. They remain subject to: Availability. Group composition. Organisational constraints. Court availability. Coach availability. 8. Safety, insurance and liability Each participant must be covered by personal liability insurance. Sports accident insurance is strongly recommended. Gala Padel Spirit accepts no liability in the event of: Injury. Loss. Theft. Damage to personal property. Minors must be accompanied to the court by a responsible adult. Minors must be collected at the scheduled time. The Academy does not provide supervision outside lesson times. Parental authorisation is required for all registrations involving a minor. The contact details of an emergency contact person must also be provided. 9. Communication, image rights, personal data and behaviour Photographs or videos may be taken during activities for communication and promotional purposes. These images may be used on: The Academy’s website. Social media. Promotional materials. Other communication channels used by Gala Padel Spirit. Participants may object to the use of their image by notifying the Academy in writing at the time of registration. Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation. Personal data: Is used exclusively for internal organisational purposes. Is not shared with third parties. Participants may request: Access to their personal data. Rectification of their personal data. Deletion of their personal data. Requests concerning personal data must be sent to: galapadelspirit@hotmail.com Respectful behaviour is required at all times towards: Coaches. Other participants. Club staff. The facilities. The equipment. Any serious or repeated misconduct may result in exclusion from the activity. In the event of exclusion for misconduct, no refund will be issued. 10. Disputes In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek to reach an amicable solution. If no agreement can be reached, the courts of Brussels shall have jurisdiction, subject to the applicable mandatory consumer protection rules.

" Let's improve together ! " The Gala Padel Spirit was founded at the initiative of padel players themselves. It is therefore an academy created by and for padel players who want to take padel lessons and participate close to Brussels in padel-related activities in the best possible conditions. We are only working in 100% indoor clubs in the surroundings of Brussels to guarantee you the best experience. The primary goal of the entire team is to help you progress while respecting the values that are important to them: Respect, Trust, Fun!

Conditions générales Location of the lessons: Arenal Grimbergen: Antwerpselaan 1/bus 0003, 1853 Grimbergen Registration and payment terms: The amount of the fees includes supervision, access to the courts, and balls during Gala Padel Academy (GPA) lessons. Access to the courses will be reserved for students with paid fees. Registration will only be final upon receipt of full payment before the first lesson. You will receive a confirmation email with the necessary information and payment details once the group is complete or when registrations close. A minimum of 3 registrations is required for a course to take place. Refund For registered participants, no refund will be made after registration or for missed lessons except in case of injury (with the presentation of the accident report) or long-term incapacity (minimum 1 month, justified by a medical certificate). In such a case, the incapacity must be reported within a maximum of 7 days following the (temporary) cessation of the lessons to the email address: galapadelacademy@hotmail.com. The refund will then be made for the missed lessons from the date of the medical certificate. No makeup classes will be scheduled for any player's absence, except in case of coach cancellation. Finally, a refund is made in the interest of the player and the group if a significant difference in level is observed by the coach, preventing the smooth running of the entire cycle. Insurance All students who want insurance must become a member of Tennis Vlaanderen (1 X 20 euros for 1 year). Minor students are under the responsibility of their parents as soon as they leave the padel court. A written parental authorization is required for each minor student who wishes to return home alone after the lesson. Attire Every student must wear tennis or padel shoes (designed for crushed brick courts) and appropriate sports attire. Data confidentiality/use of photos/videos Personal data is only collected for registration purposes. This data will not be disclosed or transmitted to third parties under any circumstances. During lessons or workshops, students may be photographed/filmed, and the information may be published on our Facebook page or website. Individuals who do not wish to be photographed during activities and do not want them to be published on GPA media (website, folders, Facebook, etc.) are requested to submit a document stating their refusal, no later than the first day of class. Loss and theft GPA declines any responsibility in case of loss, theft, or damage to personal items during the lessons.
