Conditions générales Location of the lessons: Arenal Grimbergen: Antwerpselaan 1/bus 0003, 1853 Grimbergen Registration and payment terms: The amount of the fees includes supervision, access to the courts, and balls during Gala Padel Academy (GPA) lessons. Access to the courses will be reserved for students with paid fees. Registration will only be final upon receipt of full payment before the first lesson. You will receive a confirmation email with the necessary information and payment details once the group is complete or when registrations close. A minimum of 3 registrations is required for a course to take place. Refund For registered participants, no refund will be made after registration or for missed lessons except in case of injury (with the presentation of the accident report) or long-term incapacity (minimum 1 month, justified by a medical certificate). In such a case, the incapacity must be reported within a maximum of 7 days following the (temporary) cessation of the lessons to the email address: galapadelacademy@hotmail.com. The refund will then be made for the missed lessons from the date of the medical certificate. No makeup classes will be scheduled for any player's absence, except in case of coach cancellation. Finally, a refund is made in the interest of the player and the group if a significant difference in level is observed by the coach, preventing the smooth running of the entire cycle. Insurance All students who want insurance must become a member of Tennis Vlaanderen (1 X 20 euros for 1 year). Minor students are under the responsibility of their parents as soon as they leave the padel court. A written parental authorization is required for each minor student who wishes to return home alone after the lesson. Attire Every student must wear tennis or padel shoes (designed for crushed brick courts) and appropriate sports attire. Data confidentiality/use of photos/videos Personal data is only collected for registration purposes. This data will not be disclosed or transmitted to third parties under any circumstances. During lessons or workshops, students may be photographed/filmed, and the information may be published on our Facebook page or website. Individuals who do not wish to be photographed during activities and do not want them to be published on GPA media (website, folders, Facebook, etc.) are requested to submit a document stating their refusal, no later than the first day of class. Loss and theft GPA declines any responsibility in case of loss, theft, or damage to personal items during the lessons.

Registrations are done exclusively through the forms available on our website under the 'Course Packages' section. When do we receive a confirmation of registration? Your registration is confirmed once we have received the deposit of €50 to the following bank account: BE87 7340 6269 9694. (In case of absence from the course, this deposit can only be refunded upon presentation of a medical certificate). We continue to collect registrations, meaning we are constantly working to create different groups (it is strongly recommended to register as a group; individual registrations entail the risk of the group not being completed or not being homogeneous, although we do our best to avoid this). If you do not hear from us, it means we have not yet found a spot for you. We will send a confirmation email to groups that have secured a place. This may be last-minute as we often await registrations that may occur the week before your course. Please check your spam folder! From what age can one enroll their child? We accept children from the first grade onwards, which is typically around 6-7 years old. What are the prices? The prices for private lessons depend on the coach and the number of participants in the course.
